raise awareness of the plight of military troops that were/are
Missing In Action and Prisoners Of War. Hundreds of thousands
of motorcycles from all over the world participate each year. For

 This display was on a trailer pulled in the parade to demonstrate the condition of POWs recovered in Vietnam. |
 Rolling Thunder officially begins at the Pentagon (visible in the background) and travels through Washington, DC to the Vietnam Memorial wall, but smaller rides to the Pentagon come from all over. |
 Our ride began at Patriot Harley Davidson in Virginia. Large sections of major roads including the Beltway are closed for Rolling Thunder and overpasses and exit ramps are full of cheering and waving onlookers supporting the ride. |
